Refund & Return Policy

At Arvexio (shoparvexio.com), all orders are fulfilled through global suppliers. Our refund and return policy is aligned with our fulfillment partner’s policies.

Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photo or video proof

After verification, we will resolve the issue based on supplier approval, which may include:
• A replacement item, or
• A full refund

Returns

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Personal preference

Returns are only considered in exceptional cases and must be approved in advance.

If approved:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer bears return shipping cost
• Return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Incorrect address provided
• Failed delivery due to customer absence
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
